We know how busy you are as working parents. We would really appreciate you taking 5 minutes to fill out the enclosed survey. As mentioned earlier, we are striving for quality so your feedback is essential for the evaluation of our program. If you mail this back to us at the main office, we will send you a free vacation voucher to apply to your oldest child enrolled any day in the next 3 months. We truly value your feedback, please be honest with us, we will follow through with any suggestions. Families have and always will be our best form of advertising, so we will do whatever we can to meet and exceed your expectations.
